Commvensa is a privately held group operating across three jurisdictions: a trading entity in Curaçao, an Asia-Pacific arm incorporated in Hong Kong, and a mining and industrial-services company headquartered in Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela — the heart of one of the largest iron-ore districts in the Americas.
For 25 years we have linked producers in the Orinoco basin to steelmakers and aluminium consumers in Europe, Asia and North America. Iron ore pellets, fines, lumps, direct-reduced iron and hot-briquetted iron move from origin to mill under our flag, alongside a full aluminium product line and integrated industrial-project services.

We trade and ship the full iron-ore product range — pellets, fines and lumps — alongside direct-reduced iron and hot-briquetted iron. Long-standing offtake agreements with ArcelorMittal, SIDOR, Sahaviriya Steel Industries UK and Tube City IMS underpin steady physical flows to Europe, Asia and Venezuela.
02Primary and semi-finished aluminium across alloys.
A full aluminium book serving casting houses, extruders and rolling mills. Ingots in 22 kg, 454 kg and 680 kg formats; extrusion billets in 7" and 6063 alloys; granules; flat-rolled coils in 1100/1350/3003 from 0.38 mm to 2.54 mm; and wire rod on 2 000 kg reels in 1350, 6101 and 6201.
03Origination, EPC services and procurement.
Beyond trading, the group develops mineral-concentration plants, environmental-remediation projects and fleet supply for industrial clients. Reference projects include the Acapulco tailings recovery and iron-ore concentration plant in Palúa, and the minibus fleet supply and after-sales programme for SIDOR's workforce transport.
