The group’s story is rooted in the connection between mineral resources and international markets. Experience with iron ore, DRI/HBI and aluminium products informs a practical understanding of material requirements, logistics and long-term commercial relationships.
Our next chapter is structured around two industrial divisions. This focus gives mining, processing and transformation a clear place within the same strategic vision, supported by engineering, procurement and market access.
The United States entity supports international commercial relationships, while the group’s Venezuelan industrial context is centred on Ciudad Guayana. The role of each entity and industrial partner is defined by the relevant engagement.
