Commvensa’s project work considers industry as an interconnected chain. Recovering a plant requires more than restoring its main equipment: utilities, feedstock, transport, maintenance, people and commercial destinations must be ready together.
The Plan Bolívar 2027–2057 is an industrial recovery proposal developed around the iron and aluminium chains of Guayana. Its central approach separates technical preparation from production activation, with commissioning dependent on available energy and verified operating conditions.
The programme is a development proposal. Implementation depends on agreements, technical and financial diligence, funding and the conditions applicable to each project. Named regional industrial systems provide context; they are not presented here as assets owned or currently operated by Commvensa.
